Because our products are made specifically for each customer, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom Products

Many of our products are personalized using photos, artwork, or other information provided by the customer. By submitting an image or design, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce that content.

Mountainside Magnets is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution, blurry, dark, or otherwise poor-quality images submitted by the customer.

We may make minor adjustments to photos or designs when needed to properly fit the product. This may include cropping or adjusting the placement of an image.

Product Appearance

We do our best to accurately represent our products and colors on our website. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or the printing process.

Because our products are handmade and individually produced, minor variations may occur from one item to another.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and product offerings may change at any time.

Payment must be completed through the available payment options at checkout before an order can be processed.

Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days, although processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, and the type or size of the order.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Mountainside Magnets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Bulk and wholesale orders may have different processing times, pricing, and requirements than standard website orders. Additional details will be provided when arranging a bulk order.

Bulk orders include free shipping unless otherwise discussed.
