How do I place an order?

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! We offer bulk and wholesale orders starting at 50 magnets. These are great for businesses, weddings, events, fundraisers, giveaways, organizations, and more. Visit our Wholesale & Bulk Orders page or email us to get started.
What kind of photos can I use?
You can use almost any photo from your phone, camera, or computer. For the best results, we recommend using a clear, high-quality photo with good lighting.re
Can I use a screenshot or photo from social media?
You can, but keep in mind that screenshots and images downloaded from social media may be lower quality. For the best-looking magnet, we recommend uploading the original photo whenever possible.

Can you provide an estimated delivery date?
Orders are generally shipped within 2–4 business days, although processing times may vary depending on order volume and the type of order.
Are there faster delivery options available?
Yes! If you need your order by a specific date or need it sooner than our standard shipping option, please email us before placing your order. We’ll let you know what expedited shipping options are available and whether we can meet your requested timeframe. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Will I receive a tracking number or link?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number or tracking link so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.
Are there any countries/regions you don’t ship to?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you have a special shipping request, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because custom products may begin being made shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know what we can do.
Can I return a custom magnet?
Because custom magnets are made specifically for you using your photos or customization requests, they generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.
